ESIPPS international limited is made up of a team of high level research expertise, with professional competence across a range of environmental research areas and techniques.
In addition, there is a committed and passionate team of support staff that facilitates the operation of ESIPPS International and takes pride in delivering efficiently and obtaining appreciation from clients.

    Dr. Jane Bemigisha is the Executive Director, ESIPPS International Ltd. She holds a PhD in “Hyperspectral Remote Sensing and Participatory GIS for Mapping Livestock Grazing Intensity and Vegetation in Transhumant Mediterranean Conservation Areas” from C.T. de Wit Graduate School-Production Ecology and Resource conservation - PE&RC, Wageningen University, and the International Institute for Geo-information Science and Earth observation (ITC), the Netherlands. She has a MSc. (with Distinction) in Environmental Systems Monitoring and Analysis from ITC. She has research experience and skills in integrating scientific, expert and local indigenous knowledge using participatory stakeholder engagement, GIS and remote sensing applied in various countries within Africa and Europe

    Dr. Bemigisha has lead teams and coordinated research, education, consultancy and development work in natural resources mapping, information, strategic environment assessment, environment impact assessment (EIA), ecological land use planning (ELUP), policy analysis and communication and documentation and reporting particularly, in the environment sector covering: natural resources management; biodiversity conservation; agriculture; energy; climate change/DRR; oil and gas; road and built infrastructure as well as gender and social economic development; and 2) capacity development (needs assessments, development and delivery of tailor-made skills training courses, strategic planning and institutional development).

    Dr. Bemigisha contributes to national, regional and international programmes as member, Nature Uganda – part of The East African Natural History Society involved in nature conservation; Member, Uganda Association of Impact Assessors; Coordinator Africa Chapter of International Association of Landscape Ecologists (IALE); Member expert group on the development of the African Strategy on climate change; Founder and Chairperson, Gender and Climate Change in African Agriculture (GECCAA), Member, Women's Environment and Development Organization (WEDO) representing Women in Sustainable Development; Task Team member, Group on Earth Observation (GEO)- Biodiversity Observation Network (GEO-BON) handling ecosystems change; contributor to Task CL-01-C4 on Climate Information for Adaptation and Global Earth Observation System of Systems Contact Dr. Bemigisha

    Apollo Kwesiga Kamugisha is a development economist with over 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounts and Administration and a graduate from Makerere University Kampala (MAK) with a Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics.

    He is currently pursuing a post-graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute.

    Previously working with Regional Universities’ Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM), Students’ Partnership Worldwide, Victory Rehabilitation Center, he joins ESIPPS International Limited with great experience in projects/donors/grants financial accountability and management, accounting, research and administration.

    Some of the donors include PEAPARD, CTA, IDRC, USAID, Bill and Merinda Gates Foundation, FARA, ROCKFELLER, SIDA, DAAD, FSC

    Kennedy brings knowledge and expertise in the areas of surveying and spatial data analysis.

    Dianah Nakubulwa is the spatial Analyst, ESIPPS International Ltd. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of science degree in Soil Science currently in her second year with Makerere University, Uganda.

    She has research experience and skills in spatial analysis of natural resource and environmental data, soil analysis, scientific research writing, use of GIS tools like the GPS, moving drone, other data analysis using R-software package and STATA

    Swalehe Masoud is the GEO-IT Officer who brings handson skills and knowledge of  Satellite image processing, spatial data analysis, designing, coding, testing and supporting information systems and database solutions.

    He is primarily responsible for managing ESIPPS’s IT, information systems and communications network, project managing the integration and implementation of the information store and website and providing a strategic overview to meet ESIPPS International's future business and system requirements.
